Coffee Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, coffee products are not eligible for return. Please do not return coffee. Instead, contact our DUSTOFF Coffee Team for assistance. 

Apparel Returns

If you have received the incorrect size or style of apparel, please contact our DUSTOFF Coffee Team, ensuring you have your order number and shipping address for verification. 

Other Merchandise Returns

Should you encounter defects with your products, reach out to our DUSTOFF Coffee Team. If your order was shipped within the United States, we may provide a return label to facilitate the return of the defective item.

Note

The processing time for returns can vary from one week after receipt by our Returns Department to several weeks. To expedite the process, please communicate with our DUSTOFF Coffee Team once you've sent in a return, providing your order number, tracking number, and the reason for your return.
